These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of decentstore.com.pk and purchases from Decent Store. References to “we”, “our” or “us” mean Decent Store. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from this page.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account credentials confidential and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, scrape protected content at disruptive volume or use the service for unlawful activity.
Product information
We aim to present product names, descriptions, colours, sizes, images, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can cause minor colour differences. Measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. If a material listing error affects an order, we will contact the customer with an appropriate correction or cancellation option.
Pricing, promotions and availability
Prices are displayed in PKR unless stated otherwise. Promotions, coupons and availability can have specific conditions and may change before an order is accepted. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve stock. We may correct obvious pricing or stock errors and will not process an affected order without informing the customer.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after required checks are complete. Manual digital payments require a valid transaction reference and payment proof; submission alone does not mean the payment has been verified. Cash on Delivery remains payable when the parcel is delivered. We may refuse or cancel orders affected by fraud concerns, unavailable stock, invalid details, payment failure or service restrictions, with an appropriate refund where money has been received.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates and charges are governed by the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund handling are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review both policies before ordering.
Intellectual property and liability
The Decent Store name, original website design, copy, graphics and related content may not be reused commercially without permission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for operational, security or legal reasons. The published version applies from its effective date. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, and disputes should first be raised with Decent Store so a practical resolution can be attempted.
