Payment methods shown at checkout
Only methods currently enabled by Decent Store appear at checkout. These may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Receiving details are managed centrally by the store administrator and are never hard-coded into product pages.
Cash on Delivery
For an eligible Cash on Delivery order, payment is collected when the courier delivers the parcel. The order may require phone confirmation and remains subject to service availability for the delivery location.
Bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash
When a manual digital method is selected, checkout displays the current recipient and account details. Pay the exact amount shown, then enter the transaction reference and upload a clear proof image. An order is created only after the required payment fields are submitted.
Payment verification
Submitting proof does not automatically mark a payment as paid. The order remains under review until a Decent Store administrator compares the submitted amount, reference and proof with the receiving account. You can follow the status from My Account.
Payment safety
- Use only the receiving details displayed during checkout or confirmed through official Decent Store support.
- Check the recipient information before sending funds.
- Never share an account password, one-time code, PIN or complete card credentials with support.
- Keep the transaction receipt until the order is completed.
Failed or disputed payments
If a transfer fails, do not repeatedly send funds without checking the wallet or bank status. Contact support with the order number and transaction reference. Refunds for confirmed duplicate or cancelled payments follow the Returns & Refunds Policy and the processing time of the relevant bank or wallet provider.
